Data flow from Salesforce to ChannelAdvisor: This section explains the data flow from Salesforce to ChannelAdvisro ChannelAdvisor platform and sensationalized as per entity so that readers can understand the integration requirement and configure their template without any help from DBSync support team. 

   1. Account Integration: The customer integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the account object of Salesforce and integrating with ChannelAdvisor as customers.

   2. Contact Integration: The contact integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from contact object of Salesforce and integrating with ChannelAdvisor as contacts.

   3. Product Integration: The product integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the product object of the Salesforce and integrating with ChannelAdvisro ChannelAdvisor as items.

2. Data flow from ChannelAdvisor to Salesforce: This section explains the data flow from NetSuite platform to  Salesforce and sensationalized as per entity so that the readers can understand the integration requirement and configure their template without any help from DBSync support team. 
   1. Customer Integration: The customer integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from customer object of ChannelAdvisro ChannelAdvisor and integrating with Salesforce as Accounts.
   2. Contact Integration: The contact integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from contact object of ChannelAdvisor and integrating with Salesforce as contacts.
   3. Item Integration: The item integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the item object of ChannelAdvisor and integrating with the Salesforce as products.
   4. Invoice Integration: The invoice and its line items integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the invoice object of ChannelAdvisor and integrating with the Salesforce as the opportunity and its line items.
   5. Payment Integration: The payment integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from Invoice/payment details object of ChannelAdvisor and integrating with the Salesforce as receivables.

To facilitate the data flow between Salesforce and ChannelAdvisroChannelAdvisor, user has to do the following

...

1. Go to www.mydbsync.com & register for Free Trial. Ensure that Source & Target Adapters are Salesforce & ChannelAdvisro ChannelAdvisor respectively and fill in the user registration form to complete registration.
2. An email would have been triggered from dbsync-notification@mydbsync.com to the registered email id. Click on the activation link to activate your DBSync account
3. Login to your DBSync account, click on template library and Import the Salesforce & NetSuite - Bidirectional Integration template to your workspace.
4. Clicking on "Launch Development studio" will redirect the user to connectors landing page, configure both of salesforce and ChannelAdvisor connectors respectively by following the steps as listed in the link ChannelAdvisor Connector
5. Now run the integration by following the steps listed in the latter section "Running The Integration".
